This is a video that my friend Michael Armstrong produced. He is here at the moment doing and interview for a documentary.
What I would like you to focus on is at 41-42 seconds into the video, a burst of chi explodes from my body and influences the surrounding light that is reflected on the tiles.
Watch very carefully. It's just a quarter of a second flash.
